What forms of payment do you accept?
We only accept payments made through PayPal.
How do I pay using PayPal?
Paying through PayPal is easy and safe!  You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, Bank Card, or PayPal balance.  You don't even have to set up a PayPal
account.  Note: eChecks take extra time to clear (usually 2-3 days).  Once you place your
order, y
ou will receive a PayPal invoice email with instructions.
How do I know what the total cost of my order will be?
The pricing page should help in determining what your total cost will be.  We will contact
you via email after you submit your order.  You will receive an order summary stating the
total amount due including shipping and handling.
Will I get to see a proof before my order is final?
Yes.  You will receive a proof via email within 1-5 business days after placing your order.
What happens if there is a mistake on my item(s) after I receive them?
Jenny Bees will carefully inspect all of your items before shipping them to you. Any
misspelled names, incorrect dates, etc., should be caught by you before you approve the
proof.  Jenny Bees will reprint orders at your expense, so please carefully check your
proof before approving it.
How soon will I receive my order?
Once payment is received and designs are approved, your order will be printed and
shipped within 2 weeks.  Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or International
First Class Mail (to Canada).  Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-7 days
depending on the shipping method and where you live.  
Is there a minimum order?
Yes.  Please see the pricing page for details.
Are envelopes included?
Yes.  Matching white envelopes are included with Note Cards, Invitations, and Enclosures.
Do you design all your own graphics?
Most of the time, yes.  Sometimes we purchase graphics from www.pcCrafter.com.  All
graphics from pcCrafter are credited at the bottom of the Web page on which they
appear.
What is a "custom" design?
A custom design is created from scratch per your request with all new graphics.  A
$20.00 design fee will be added to your order total for custom designs.  See pricing page
for more details.
Can you split a sheet of Dishwasher Safe Labels?
No.  We have had several printer alignment issues when trying to print more than one
design on a sheet of labels, so we no longer attempt it.
Do you do gift certificates?
Yes!  Gift certificates make a great baby shower gift!  Please click the button below to
order a gift certificate.  Please email us at jennybees@cox.net if you have questions.
Can you make changes to a design?
Yes.  The design color scheme for most designs can be altered to match your needs.  
You can also request that a new item be made using the graphics on an existing item
(for example, making an invitation from an existing note card design).  A $10.00 design
alteration fee will apply.  Changes to text color only do not require an alteration fee.
What if I don't receive an email after I place my order?
You may have entered your email address incorrectly on the order form.  If you think this
has happened, please email us at jennybees@cox.net
Is there an extra fee for printing?
No.  The printing cost is included in the price of the item.
How early should I place an order for Invitations?
Invitations should be ordered 6-8 weeks prior to the event date.  Delivery can take up to
two weeks and invitations should be sent out to your guest list at least 3 weeks before
the party.  Ordering at least 6 weeks in advance should give you enough time to receive
your order, address the envelopes, and mail your invitations in an acceptable time frame.  
If you want to send out your invitations more than 3 weeks in advance or request a
custom design, please order them more than 6 weeks in advance.  NOTE:  Invitation
orders placed less than 4 weeks before the event date will not be accepted.
